We represent a mission-driven, non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Staten Island, New York. The organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality care and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while making a meaningful impact within the community.

Position Overview:

• Outpatient primary care opportunity within an established community-based practice
• Flexible weekday scheduling with some extended hours and limited weekend coverage
• Open to MD/DO physicians; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Manageable patient volume in a supportive clinical environment
• Call by phone only one week a month
• Average base salary ranges from $175k-$225k based on experience
