Position Overview

Join a physician-led Neonatology organization with nearly 30 years of experience supporting a growing Children's program. This opportunity offers a collaborative environment, excellent support staff, and the ability to focus on high-quality neonatal care.

Practice Highlights

• Level II NICU with 18 beds
• Approximately 3,300 annual deliveries
• Responsibilities include NICU management and high-risk deliveries
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support
• Dedicated Respiratory Therapists, OB Hospitalists, and Pediatric Hospitalists

Schedule & Compensation

• 24-hour in-house coverage model
• Full-time schedule options available
• Additional shifts compensated above base rate
• $60,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Relocation assistance
• PTO with buy-back program
• $5,000 CME allowance
• Occurrence-based malpractice

Requirements

• BC/BE Neonatology
• NRP Certified
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
