What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level 2 NICU setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor neonatal patients closely, responding promptly to changes
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards
• Ensure family-centered care and support to parents and guardians

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• Neonatal or NICU experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Previous employment in a Level 2 NICU
• Certification in neonatal care
