What You’ll Do
- Manage clinical aspects of cardiac electrophysiology patients, focusing on atrial fibrillation cases and other relevant arrhythmias
- Perform and support outpatient clinic duties, approx. 60-70% of role
- Assist in procedural activities, primarily related to AFibs and similar conditions, with no VT, PVC, ablations, or extractions required
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contribute to patient education and ongoing treatment planning
- Follow standardized protocols and maintain accurate documentation
What You Need
Required:
- Medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- 2+ years EP experience post-fellowship
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (current within last 12 months)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior outpatient and procedural experience in EP
- Experience working in hospital or clinic settings
- Ability to commit to a longer-term assignment (minimum 6 months)
