• 2 pm - 8 am shift schedule
• 4 - 5 NICU babies per shift
• Level 2 NICU setting
• Newborn and NICU assessments required
• Invasive line placement and advanced procedures required
• Delivery-room care, resuscitation, and stabilization involved
