CRNA Job Requirements

  • Board Certified CRNA (AANA) required
  • Active Massachusetts CRNA license or willingness to obtain required
  • ACLS and BLS certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience preferred; 2 years of experience highly preferred
  • Experience with general surgical cases, pediatric cases, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases, and regional anesthesia techniques preferred
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced surgical and anesthesia care setting

CRNA Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for adult and pediatric general surgical cases
  • Support IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and regional anesthesia procedures
  • Assist with obstetrical anesthesia and neurosurgical cases as needed
  • Work under supervision within a team-oriented OR and endoscopy environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
  • Deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care
