• Call coverage -- weekends primarily, with potential weekday call
• 24-hour call shifts -- 7 am to 7 am
• 350 deliveries per year -- 150/350 are c-sections
• Hospital-based OB/GYN call coverage
• Emergency gyn -- vaginal deliveries, c-sections, hysterectomy, tubals
• No VBACs -- no scheduled c-sections under 37 weeks
• High-risk deliveries referred out -- urgent cases managed on-site
• Midwives take call for their own patients
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
