• Experience: At least several years of gynecology surgical assistance, robotic surgery experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures, as a First Assist in inpatient OR settings
• Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
• Support perioperative activities and surgical preparation
• Maintain documentation within Cerner/Oracle EMR system
• Manage an average of 2-6 surgeries per day
• Follow all safety protocols and surgical standards

What You Need:

• Active New Jersey licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification and robotics experience
• Prior experience in gynecological surgery, especially robotic procedures
• Proficiency in surgical assistance and perioperative care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow surgical protocols

This assignment involves gynecology surgical assistance in a specialized inpatient OR setting. The provider will work with experienced surgical teams at a prominent medical center, providing critical support for robotic gynecologic surgeries.
