💰 Salary: $200,000 - $230,000 Annually

🎯 Qualifications:

✔ MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school

✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Palliative Care/Hospice

✔ Completion of an accredited U.S. residency program

✔ Active New York medical license or eligibility

✔ DEA registration or ability to obtain

✔ Experience providing primary and diagnostic patient care

⭐ Preferred:

• Experience working with geriatric or long-term care populations

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Requirements

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide primary medical care to nursing home and long-term care patients

✅ Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

✅ Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies

✅ Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans

✅ Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and medications

✅ Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

✅ Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

✅ Support quality improvement, patient safety, and infection control initiatives
