Two providers each week for this, willing to take a minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month.

Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (provider starts at 8:30 AM)

Lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Last patient: 4:00 PM
