• 24hr out of house call -- 8 am - 8 am, 1 - 2 weeks per month
• ADC of 3 patients per day
• Level II work required
• Attends high risk deliveries as needed
• Consultations on antepartum preterm or high risk moms -- OB or clinic
• No well baby rounding -- called in only as needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
