• Experience: Prior hospitalist or OB/GYN experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Pay rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder for internal use; competitive salary for this role is projected between $324,000–$360,000 annually)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic consultations
• Manage obstetric triage and emergent gynecologic surgeries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including CNMs and back-up OB/GYN support
• Care for newborns delivered at 31 weeks' gestation and beyond, working with a Level II-B NICU team
• Utilize Epic EMR system for seamless patient care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital routines
• Support patient-centered care in a community hospital setting

What You Need

• Licensed medical doctor (MD/DO) in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Experience in labor management, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
