What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert nursing care to emergency department patients in a fast-paced setting
  • Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and implement appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, techs, and other team members
  • Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, and discharge instructions
  • Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records system
  • Respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable nursing standards and hospital policies

What You Need

  • Valid Oregon RN license; required certifications (BLS, ACLS) preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year ER or critical care experience
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teaching abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and priorities
