What You’ll Do:

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and implement care
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations
• Uphold patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times

What You Need:

• Current valid LPN license in Washington State
• At least 1 year of applicable healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
