• 6-month on, 6-month off schedule offering exceptional work-life balance
• No call required; mix of night and day shifts with flexible scheduling
• Nocturnal month: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - four 9-hour shifts
• Day month: four 10-hour or three 12-hour shifts; overtime available with extra compensation
• Diverse case mix including general surgery, ortho, neuro, vascular, ENT, urology, and gynecology
• Care team model with 55 physician anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs on staff
