• Start Date: 08/01/2026
• Contract Duration: 6 months (with locum-to-perm potential at 6 months)
• Shift: 8-hour shifts, guaranteed 8 hours daily (overtime after 10 hours)
• Hours per week: Estimated 40 hours

• Experience: Experience with general surgical cases, regional anesthesia, obstetric, neurosurgical, and pediatric procedures preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: Up to $290/hour, guaranteed 8 hours daily with overtime after 10 hours
• Holiday pay: 1.5x rate during holiday weeks (hourly rate guaranteed; no minimum hours guaranteed during holidays)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgical, obstetric, neurosurgical, and pediatric cases in a busy main OR and endoscopy suite with 9 main ORs and 5 endoscopy rooms
• Manage anesthesia procedures including spinal, epidural, regional, and IV regional anesthesia
• Collaborate with OR staff in a team-oriented environment
• Document patient care using Meditech Expanse EMR system
• Support trauma cases as part of a Level 3 trauma designation facility
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care

What You Need:

• Valid CRNA license and applicable certifications in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience in a surgical setting
• Strong skills in general, regional, obstetric, and neurosurgical anesthesia procedures
• Ability to work supervised in a team environment
