• Shift: 24-hour on-call coverage, with flexibility for weekday and weekend rotations
• Hours/week: Varies based on schedule, approximately 8-9 hours of callback on weekdays, less on weekends

• License/Certs: Nebraska medical license, OB/GYN privileges at CHI Health St. Francis Hospital, Board Certified/Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: Proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology, able to perform all standard procedures in a clinic and hospital setting

What You’ll Do

• Provide OB/GYN clinical care in a busy outpatient setting and hospital, including labor and delivery, gynecologic surgeries, and outpatient procedures
• Cover clinic and hospital-based gynecologic and obstetric services, including routine procedures and emergency Call coverage
• Participate in after-hours call, including holiday call, with specified compensation
• Support the CNM backup plan and provide high-quality patient care
• Document encounters in EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with support staff, including ultrasound technicians, front desk, and clinical staff

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Nebraska medical license with OB-GYN privileges
• Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience with standard gynecologic procedures in clinic and hospital environments
• Ability to work flexible, extended hours during scheduled blocks

Preferred:

• Experience working in a hospital and outpatient clinic setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
