• Full-time, 5 days/week -- 8-hour shifts with one evening per week
• One Saturday per month required
• 20 - 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 24 - 27 per 9-hour shift
• Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
• Primary care -- pediatric, adult, women's care, and office-based procedures
