Position Overview 

A premier Massachusetts academic medical center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Neurosurgery experience for a Pediatric Inpatient Neurosurgery assignment.

This is a highly desirable academic hospital opportunity offering a predictable daytime schedule, no call responsibilities, no nights, and no holidays. APPs function as integral members of the Neurosurgery team and focus exclusively on inpatient patient management, rounding, care coordination, discharge planning, and clinical documentation.

This position is ideal for APPs seeking a prestigious academic assignment with strong work-life balance and consistent scheduling.

Compensation Highlights

• $125/hour
• 39 scheduled hours per week

• 13-week assignment
