You'll step into an established outpatient cancer program with immediate patient volume and a steady referral base. This Hematology/Oncology role is built for physicians who want to focus on clinic and infusion care, without inpatient distractions. Practice Overview

  • You'll join an established outpatient Hematology/Oncology program with an inherited, active patient panel
  • Single-site cancer center model with onsite chemotherapy and an 8-chair infusion suite (in-house drug inventory)
  • Team support includes a full-time Nurse Practitioner plus dedicated nursing staff and onsite lab/diagnostics
  • General heme/onc focus; acute leukemia workups and highly specialized tertiary cases are referred to regional partners

Schedule

  • Pure outpatient practice: no inpatient responsibilities and no rounding
  • Four clinic days per week; average of ~8 patient visits per clinic day
  • New patient visits scheduled for 60 minutes after referral review and workup confirmation
  • No weekday or weekend call; designed to keep your evenings and weekends yours

Compensation & Benefits

  • $669,000 guaranteed base salary plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus
  • Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement and up to $30,000/year loan repayment (max $90,000 over 3 years)
  • 30 days PTO, plus 5 CME days and a $5,000 annual CME allowance
  • Malpractice with full tail coverage; Wyoming offers zero state income tax

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology/Oncology
  • MD or DO; U.S. grads and IMGs encouraged to inquire
  • Open to experienced physicians and graduating fellows
  • Comfort managing general outpatient heme/onc; interest in rural practice and longitudinal patient care
