About the Position

We are seeking a Gastroenterologist for ongoing outpatient locum tenens coverage in North Dakota.

Practice Details

• Outpatient GI practice
• Monday–Friday schedule
• No call required
• Clinic and procedure days
• Typical hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (includes charting time and 30-minute lunch)
• Average 14–16 procedures per day
• Collaborative environment with other GI physicians onsite

Procedures

• Colonoscopy
• EGD (Upper GI Endoscopy)
• Biopsy procedures
• Polypectomy
• Foreign body removal
• Hemostasis/bleeder fulguration
• Variceal injections
• Esophageal dilation
• Esophageal manometry
• Small bowel biopsy
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy
• Lower GI endoscopy

Requirements

• Board Certified Gastroenterology
• Active North Dakota license or eligible through IMLC
• Comfortable performing a full range of outpatient GI procedures
