Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $230.10/hour
• Pay Package: Competitive pay, weekly pay via direct deposit, orientation hours at 50% of standard rate, holiday differential, paid sick time, licensing/certification reimbursements, and travel reimbursements where applicable

What You’ll Do

• Cover OB triage, admissions, inpatient care, and deliveries
• Manage obstetric and gynecological emergencies in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with community OBs and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide real-time communication regarding triage, issues, and deliveries
• Participate in multidisciplinary OB critical care and trauma evaluations for pregnant patients
• Coordinate follow-up care for obstetric patients throughout shifts

What You Need

• Valid Ohio medical license and board certification in OB/GYN
• Prior hospital-based OB/GYN experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts and handle obstetric emergencies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
