• 24-hour shifts with back-to-back scheduling available
• Level II NICU with 14 NICU beds and 6-bed nursery
• Comfortable overnight solo coverage with MD on call
• 4 or more 24-hour shifts per month minimum
• Attend high-risk deliveries during day and overnight
• 30+ weekers patient population
• Facility transitioning to Level III capabilities
• Procedures include rounding, admissions, discharges, vent management
