Requirements July 27 Monday starting 7am to August 8 Saturday ending 8am Sept 19 Saturday starting 7am to Oct 12 Monday ending 8am Specialty: Gynecology Oncology Shift Details: July 27 Monday starting 7am to August 8 Saturday ending 8am Sept 19 Saturday starting 7am to Oct 12 Monday ending 8am Friday evening - Friday morning but can be super flexible on this 7 day blocks Schedule: Day OR/Office – after hours call only APPs take first call M-F Clinic - 8-4:30pm 30 min lunch OR - 7 or 8 - 4 or 5 8 hours day 24 hour call on weekends Work Details: · Support Staff: 2 MAs – 3 APPs · Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week with some exceptions · Patients per day: OFFICE – 15/20 OR as needed · Patient Population/Age: 18 · Department Description: 1 surgeon 3 APPs · EMR: EPIC Practice Setting: • Academic/Training – Academic hospital – residents assigned to service on rotation • Ambulatory Surgery Center - yes • Clinic/Private Practice – Medical group practice • Hospital – York hospital Requirements: · Board Certification: BC or BE in Gyn Onc · License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ · DEA: required Credentialing Timeframe: temps avail with a clean file 2hr Gratis Active PA License or IMLC LOQ in hand Required fixed Shift Info: Day 7x8-Hour 07:00 - 17:00
