About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Hematologist/Oncologist for our client's facility in Wyoming, beginning Jul 27, 2026, for a 120-day assignment. This role involves managing 8-10 clinic patients daily, overseeing infusion patients, and handling 1-2 new consults per day, with after-hour phone call responsibilities. The physician will focus on a 50/50 mix of hematology and medical oncology patients, without inpatient rounding or hospital duties.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage 8-10 clinic patients per day.
  • Oversee infusion patients.
  • Handle 1-2 new consults per day.
  • Provide after-hour phone call support.
  • Maintain a patient mix of approximately 50% hematology and 50% medical oncology.
  • Focus primarily on oncology patients, with 2-3 hematology patients per week.
  • No inpatient rounding or hospital duties are required.
  • Work independently as there are no other medical oncology physicians on staff.
