Coverage Preference:

• Clinic and call coverage preferred.

Coverage Dates:

• Preferred coverage: July 13 – July 24.
• If full coverage is not available, we can also accommodate call-only coverage from July 16 at 7:00 AM through July 23 at 7:00 AM.

Training & Credentialing:

• Training is scheduled for July 15.
• A clean file will be required, as the provider will need to obtain temporary privileges.
