• Compensation: $257,000 to $286,000 annually

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine [REQUIRED]
• CO license (or willing to obtain) [REQUIRED]
• Clean malpractice [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) [REQUIRED] * no exemption, required at presentation
