About the Position

Position Overview 

One of our Partners in Montana is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for a long-term inpatient behavioral health opportunity.

This assignment offers a flexible 7-on/7-off schedule, Epic EMR, dedicated behavioral health support staff, and the opportunity to provide meaningful psychiatric care in a highly desirable mountain community. Providers will care for patients age 12 and older while supporting an established inpatient psychiatric program.

Provider Pay: $248/hour

Pay Ranking: Top 20% nationally for Child & Adolescent Psychiatry locum assignments (2026 market data).

• Long-term assignment through May 2027
• 7-on/7-off hospitalist schedule
• Inpatient Psychiatry
• Child & Adolescent Psychiatry focus
• Patients age 12 and older
• 12-bed inpatient behavioral health unit
• Average daily census of approximately 10 patients
• Partial Hospitalization Program support
• Epic EMR
• Board Certification required
• Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship preferred
• Montana License or IMLC accepted
• Weekend night beeper call
• 20-minute response requirement
• No APP supervision required
• Joint Commission Certified staffing partner

• Orientation prior to first shift
