CRNA Job Requirements

• Prior experience in an independent practice anesthesia model required
• New graduates will not be considered for this role
• Active Indiana CRNA license required
• Ability to perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for patients undergoing endoscopy, obstetric, general, and orthopedic procedures
• Work independently while maintaining patient safety and quality standards
• Perform blocks, spinals, and epidurals as needed for assigned cases
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Document anesthesia care accurately in Cerner
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and perioperative teams to support efficient patient care
