About the Position
Our client in Virginia is seeking a skilled Physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology for a 120-day assignment starting Jul 6, 2026. This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekends or call. The Physician will focus on a caseload that is 70% Oncology and 30% Hematology, performing duties such as biopsies, scans, endoscopies, laparoscopies, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and cryosurgery.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a caseload of 70% Oncology and 30% Hematology, with no Internal Medicine cases
- Perform biopsies
- Conduct scans, endoscopies, or laparoscopies
- Administer chemotherapy
- Provide immunotherapy
- Execute laparoscopy procedures
- Perform cryosurgery
