We are currently recruiting a Physician | Hematology Oncology for a prominent medical center in Mechanicsville, VA.

Details

• Schedule: Friday (5p) - Monday (7a)
• Reason: Open physician position
• Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
• Trauma Level: Level III
• Patient population: Adult and Geriatric
• 70% Onc and 30% Hem; no IM
• 1 Physician in practice; No APP support
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 12-25
• Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding): 2-8
• EMR: Epic
• Cred timeframe: 3 - 14 days once application is completed and submitted for temporary privileges and 2 - 3 months for permanent privileges
• Willing to pay for full travel

• Board Certified Medical Oncology [REQUIRED]
• Board Certified Hematology [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
• Active VA License [REQUIRED]
• BLS [REQUIRED]
• COI coverage of $2.6M/$7.8M (VA statute limitations) [REQUIRED] if requested by the facility
