About the Position

Join an exciting opportunity to help launch a brand-new Hematology & Medical Oncology practice within a respected hospital system in Pennsylvania! This is an excellent chance to work alongside an employed physician while building a growing community-based oncology program from the ground up.

📍 Location: Pennsylvania
📅 Start Date: September 8, 2026
⏳ Contract Length: Through March 8, 2027
🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📞 Call Coverage: 1:2 Weeknight & Weekend Call

Practice Highlights

✨ New Hematology & Oncology practice opening September 2026
✨ Clinic located inside a 131-bed hospital
✨ Adult patient population (18+)
✨ Approximately 10 patients per day initially, with expected growth
✨ Mix of Hematology and Oncology cases (40% Hematology / 60% Oncology)
✨ Inpatient consults required as needed
✨ Epic EMR

🧭 1 Patient Navigator

Requirements

✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
✅ Active Pennsylvania License or IMLC Letter of Qualification required for presentation
✅ DEA Required
