• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
  
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
  
• Manage post-operative recovery and pain control
  
• Collaborate with the surgical team in an independent, CRNA-only practice
