About the Position

Primary Care Physician | Texas

Location: Texas

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Call coverage may be required as scheduled.

Position Overview

• Primary care coverage in a long term care or residential healthcare setting (site specific).
• Responsibilities include routine primary care, chronic condition management, and urgent needs as required within scope.

Clinical Details

• Ages seen: adult and geriatric (site specific).
• Patient volume: low volume (site specific).
• EMR: Athena.

Required Qualifications

• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician (MD or DO).
• Active state license in Texas.
• DEA required.
• BLS required.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
