About the Position

Internal Medicine Hospitalist Physician | Tennessee

Location: Tennessee

Schedule: Night shift coverage. Typical shift is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Approximately 10 to 12 shifts per month (site scheduling).

Position Overview

• Hospitalist coverage providing inpatient admissions, rounding, and cross coverage as scheduled.
• Work within a team based model with site specific support and consult services.

Clinical Details

• Setting: Inpatient.
• Patient volume and coverage model are site specific.
• EMR: site specific.

Required Qualifications

• Internal Medicine physician (MD or DO).
• Active state medical license in Tennessee.
• DEA required.
• ACLS and BLS required (AHA required as applicable).
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

• Credentialing and onboarding timeline varies based on file completeness.
