• 12-hour shifts with 6 am - 6 pm and 6 pm - 6 am times
• 10-15+ shifts per month until permanent physician hired
• 55 patients per day with 1.5-1.6 patients per hour
• APP coverage 20 hours weekdays, single shift weekends
• ATLS and ACLS certification required
• Coverage for physician vacancy
• Non-trauma center with 21,000 annual volume
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
