What You’ll Do

  • Perform gross examinations and microscopic analysis of tissue specimens
  • Evaluate surgical margins and tumor staging
  • Conduct cytology assessments, including fine needle aspirations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in tumor boards
  • Verify diagnostic results and provide expert consultation
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to legal and institutional policies
  • Support administrative tasks related to laboratory operations

What You Need

  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license in California
  • MD or DO degree and Board Certified in Pathology (anatomic and clinical)
  • At least 5 years of independent clinical pathology practice
  • Active certifications and relevant subspecialty certifications preferred but not required
