Requirements 12-15 patients/day Close to 50/50 hematology and oncology practice 8a-5p Monday-Friday clinic schedule, with a 1 hour unpaid lunch 1 other MD, 3 RN’s in clinic practice Designated pharmacist for Oncology Epic is utilized system-wide. Hospital responsibilities primarily includes consultations; overall care is managed by hospitalists. Orientation rate will be no more than 80% of the hourly rate. Agencies - Please only submit your top 1 or 2 best candidates. Requirements: - Board certified in Oncology or Hematology, or truly board eligible. - Minimum of 3 weeks/month, would prefer a full time provider. - Minimum initial commitment of 6 months or longer.
