Location: Florida
Schedule: Multiple shift blocks available including 8, 10, and 12 hour options. Call blocks are available and candidates with weekday and weekend call availability may be prioritized.

Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage in a hospital setting with a broad case mix that includes trauma coverage. The role may include a mix of day shift blocks and call coverage depending on scheduling needs.

Clinical Scope

• Case mix may include cardiac, thoracic, ortho, neuro, trauma, general surgery, GI, major vascular, and high acuity services as outlined in the order details
• TEE familiarity is required
• EMR: Cerner

Required Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
• Active Florida license
• DEA
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) and TB test
• Ability to provide recent case logs as required

Additional Requirements

• Radius restriction may apply
• Payer enrollment may be required prior to credentialing
