• Call only coverage with 1 in 3 call ratio
• 6 phone consults per 24 hours with variable admissions
• 77-bed department with inpatient and outpatient duties
• Arthroscopy and total joint replacement required
• Fracture care and ER call coverage
• 20-minute call response time required
• Joint revision and repair skills needed
• BLS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
