• Job Setting: Clinic, Outpatient, Trauma Level III

• Credentialing: 120 days, temporary privileges available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified ANCC or AANP, NCCPA
• Certifications: BLS, DEA
• Licensure: Active Colorado license or Compact License
