• 4 10-hour shifts per week with 8 am - 6 pm plus night call
• 4 patients per shift
• Critical access hospital with emergency department
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Newborn deliveries received in ED with no L&D department
• Rural health experience and broad scope practice required
• Coverage includes ER, outpatient/primary care, and OB capabilities
• 20% call back rate
