• 12-hour shifts rotating days/nights/weekends/holidays
• ICU/Stepdown/Floor patient care
• Hospital setting with 24/7 neurosurgery coverage
• No call required
• Full-time requires 156 shifts per year
• Prior neurosurgery experience preferred
• Hospital privileges required
