• Monday - Friday schedule with 1:4 call rotation
• Hospital-employed position with professional autonomy
• 10 weeks total PTO including CME time
• Board-certified or board-eligible within 5 years
• General anesthesia cases (no cardiac, vascular, neuro, or pediatric)
