• New family medicine practice caring for patients ages 0 - 99
• Join experienced physician with 20+ years in practice
• Planned staffing model of 2 physicians + 3 APPs
• On-site Quest Diagnostics and point-of-care testing
• Embedded pharmacist and social worker for team-based care
• Board-certified or board-eligible required
