- Experience: Prior outpatient primary care experience preferred
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (public posted rate, negotiations encouraged)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality outpatient primary care to adult patients in a busy community clinic.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, emphasizing preventive care.
- Conduct patient assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostics.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines.
- Counsel patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
- Document medical encounters accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to healthcare regulations.
- Engage in continuing education to stay current with medical advancements.
What You Need:

Required:
- Texas medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Prior outpatient primary care experience

- Bilingual skills or experience serving diverse populations
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
