What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and managing musculoskeletal conditions
  • Perform patient evaluations, develop, and implement treatment plans under supervision
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies
  • Assist in surgical procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care
  • Conduct orthopedic-related procedures including injections and office-based interventions
  • Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in rotational call coverage
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and quality initiatives

What You Need

  • Valid PA-C certification/license
  • Minimum of 1 year of related clinical experience (orthopedic preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform procedures and handle clinical responsibilities effectively
