What You’ll Do

• Provide independent, high-quality outpatient primary care to individuals and families within a multidisciplinary team

• Educate patients and families to support informed health decisions

What You Need

• Valid APRN license in Vermont
• Experience in outpatient primary care (minimum 1 year)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
