Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (Note: likely placeholder; salary range $300,000 - $350,000 annually)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct inpatient care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff
- Respond to medical emergencies, including codes and rapid responses
- Perform ventilator management in ICU settings
- Document all encounters thoroughly and timely in EMR systems (Epic, Paragon)
- Participate in quality improvement, hospital committees, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support patient education and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
What You Need:
- Medical License (Vermont preferred, or eligible)
- MD or DO degree
- Recent inpatient hospitalist experience
- Experience with ventilator management and emergency response
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle high patient volumes with efficiency
