Schedule: ASAP ongoing. Shift blocks include 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM (8 hours), 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM (10 hours), and 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM (12 hours), Monday through Friday, as outlined in the order details. Call coverage is required as outlined below.

Position Overview
Provide CRNA coverage in a hospital setting. This role supports a broad surgical and procedural case mix including OB and pediatrics as part of the case mix. Emergency and temporary privileges may be available as outlined in the order details.
Clinical Scope
- CRNA practice without anesthesiologist supervision as outlined in the order details
- Case mix may include OB, pediatrics, orthopedics, general surgery, GI, ophthalmology, podiatry, urology, and interventional spine as outlined in the order details
- Additional coverage areas may include cath lab and ENT as outlined in the order details
- Ages: All ages
- EMR: Epic (hospital and OR documentation)
- Weekday call: 4:30 PM to 6:30 AM
- Weekend call: Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM to 6:30 AM
- On call requirements: Yes, first call only, as outlined in the order details
- Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
- Active Minnesota license required to present (priority given to active licenses)
- BLS and ACLS
- T Spot TB test completed within 90 days prior to start as outlined in the order details
- 12 months of case logs as outlined in the order details
- Radius restriction: provider must reside more than 2 hours from the worksite location, as outlined in the order details. Minneapolis based providers may be eligible as outlined in the order details
- Credentialing and payer enrollment workflows require CAQH access and required onboarding documentation as outlined in the order details
- Average credentialing timeline: approximately 30 days
- Emergency and temporary privileges may be available as outlined in the order details
- Travel and lodging: Yes, full travel as outlined in the order details
- Temp and emergency privileges may be available to help expedite start, as outlined in the order details
- Immediate need: clinicians with substantial availability may be prioritized for faster onboarding workflows as outlined in the order details
